We use our energy to change people's lives!** **Join us?** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Support administrative routines:** --------------------------------------- * Enter data into control spreadsheets and the management system; * Perform registrations and updates for service orders in the Maximo system; * Monitor service orders for requalification, maintenance, and removals; * Planning controls via spreadsheets; * Answer phone calls and provide in-person assistance; * Track cases using the Salesforce system; * File daily operational management records; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in night high school or have completed high school; * Pursuing higher education or technical studies is a plus; * Must be between 18 and 22 years old; * Availability to work from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; **Additional Information** **Here you will find:** * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Medical and dental assistance; * Transportation allowance.
