Join us in driving this transformation! **Location:** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide support to all administrative areas of operations; * Prepare reports; * Draft documents and requisitions in the ERP system; * Support internal customers; * Assist the Facilities team: create work orders in Sansys, verify facility supplies; * Assist the Fleet team: register new drivers, record traffic fines and maintenance activities in the IT system, issue responsibility agreements, etc.; * Perform other tasks compatible with the requirements of the role, all under supervision; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Youth aged 14 to 24 years, currently enrolled in or having completed high school; profile demonstrating strong motivation to grow and learn; * Computer literacy; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * System operation skills.
