We seek a Trade E\-Commerce Analyst with a highly organized, process-oriented profile to support the digital operations of a major player in the beauty market. This role emphasizes routine, control, and operational execution — ideal for individuals who enjoy structuring workflows, organizing information, and ensuring all tasks are completed on time and error-free. Key responsibilities: \- Configuration and review of promotional mechanics on the e\-commerce platform; \- Product enrichment and registration (free gifts, categories, images, flags, and rules); \- Organization and updating of control spreadsheets (free gift inventory, promotional calendar, D\-1 reconciliations); \- Liaison with suppliers for collection and validation of materials; \- Ensuring operational processes are well-organized, documented, and running correctly; \- Support to CRM, Media, and Design teams in validating and organizing deliverables. Important: As this is a temporary position, we seek a candidate who can quickly assume operational responsibilities with autonomy, organization, and attention to detail. This is a hybrid work arrangement, with routine activities performed 100% remotely and occasional in-person meetings. Candidates must reside in the Greater São Paulo area. Requirements: Prior experience in e\-commerce operational routines, digital trade, or related areas; Extremely organized and process-oriented profile; Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (frequent use for control, reconciliation, and data organization); Genuine interest in structuring workflows and organizing routines; Strong communication skills for interfacing with internal teams and suppliers; Experience or familiarity with SAP or product registration platforms; Residence in the metropolitan region of São Paulo. Desirable: Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or VTEX; Experience in retail or beauty sectors; Experience managing promotional campaigns (GWP, coupons, bundles).
