If you excel at building agents, creating automations, and want to dive deep into the most advanced Artificial Intelligence technologies, this is your opportunity. **General Information:** * **Attractive compensation with a career development plan** * **Employment Type:** Negotiable * **Work Model:** 100% Remote * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 (1 hour and 12 minutes break). **Job Mission and Responsibilities:** * Identify technological opportunities and actively engage in the practical (*hands-on*) development of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions for the company. * Work directly with leading market Language Models (LLMs), such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, and others. * Design, test, and build autonomous agents and intelligent virtual assistants. * Integrate AI APIs with internal systems and platforms. * Design, assemble, and maintain automation pipelines, connecting various tools and orchestrating data. * Continuously explore new tools to propose improvements and efficiency gains in operations. **Essential Technical Requirements:** * Proven practical experience integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). * Advanced knowledge of prompt manipulation and prompt engineering for LLMs. * Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks oriented toward automation and AI (e.g., Python, Node.js, LangChain). * Experience with automation platforms and workflow creation (e.g., Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar). * Autonomy and a proactive problem-solving mindset: You don’t need a senior title, but you must be capable of building solutions from scratch to production. **Our benefits package includes:** * Meal allowance * Development support * Health and wellness * Health plan support — contingent upon enrollment * Dental plan * Birthday day off * Attendance bonus: BRL 300.00 per full quarter (after the first year).
