Grow in the future while valuing the present? **Join us to make new achievements possible!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your day-to-day look like?** Implementing agile methods across various scenarios; Acting as an agent of change, consistently driving cultural evolution; Encouraging internal learning dynamics such as workshops, meetings, and training sessions; Facilitating Scrum and/or Kanban ceremonies (daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, planning, and backlog refinement); Supporting teams with a continuous process improvement mindset on a daily basis, along with cross-team communication within the company; Analyzing team progress, resolving conflicts, collecting and sharing feedback; Removing impediments; Gathering and tracking performance metrics; Ensuring the best possible environment for people on the project; Guaranteeing that all required technology resources (infrastructure, platforms, etc.) are identified and delivered on time; Facilitating semi-annual planning ceremonies together with technology and business teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do we expect from you?** Required professional experience: At least one year of experience working in agile teams using either the Kanban or Scrum framework Scrum or Kanban certification Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks; Proficiency with tools including Jira, Miro, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint; **Before anything else, know that you’ll truly stand out in our team if you have:** Knowledge of Product Design methodologies and frameworks **Additional Information** Company located in Alphaville \- Barueri **Hybrid Model (3 days per week onsite)** We’re always focused on delivering the best experience for our Credsysters: **Learn more:** Meal and food allowance.
