General support for condominium-related requests **Internship Position – Administrative Area** **Company:** Condominium Management Office **Location:** Downtown Itaboraí **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Human Resources, or Accounting; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer literacy; * Prior experience in customer service is a plus. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service (in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp); * Bill issuance and reissuance; * Assistance in document and file organization; * Support for general office administrative tasks; * Support for general requests from managed condominiums. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
