




Job Summary: This administrative internship offers an opportunity to support customer service, assist in organizing reports, and provide support in operational routines. Key Highlights: 1. Interaction with internal teams for information alignment. **Administrative Internship Position** **Academic Qualification** **High school (currently in the 2nd year)** **Requirements:** * Minimum age: 16 years. * Residence in Jundiaí and surrounding areas (Várzea Paulista, Campo Limpo Paulista). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic computer skills). Prior experience interacting with customers and providing services is a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Support customer service activities, both proactive and reactive. * Assist in generating and organizing commercial department reports; * Provide support in contract operations (new and already finalized) within internal systems; * Perform customer registration and data updates; * Support the commercial management team in operational and administrative routines; * Assist in completing and maintaining spreadsheets; * Provide support in product and service pricing activities; * Interact with the sales team and other internal departments for information alignment; * Support tracking and follow-up on document signatures; * Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service. **Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Flexible – Part-time).** **Internship Allowance: R$ 1.200,00** **Transportation Voucher (R$ 200,00).** Job Type: Full-time Compensation: R$604,01 - R$1.760,20 per week Work Location: On-site
