Team-based development with a focus on organization **Responsibilities:** · Verification and organization of documents. · Support in drafting and reviewing official letters and other institutional documents. · Updating and managing information in spreadsheets and in the BDT system. · Reviewing administrative texts and documents. · Organizing physical and digital files. · Supporting departmental administrative activities. **Requirements:** · Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration or related fields. · Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Organizational ability, attention to detail, and proactivity. · Ability to work effectively in a team. **Working Hours:** 4 days per week, 4-hour internship shift (morning or afternoon shift – Monday to Thursday) Compensation: R$525.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
