Job Summary:
Professional responsible for workforce control, indicator tracking, document organization, variable closing (e.g., overtime, allowances, benefits), and administrative and operational support.

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Monitor and track workforce assigned to contracts;
* Record absences, leaves of absence, and turnover indicators;
* Verify and organize documentation for system registration;
* Control and close variables (overtime hours, allowances, and benefits);
* Record, verify, and adjust electronic timekeeping data;
* Manage, request, and monitor office and cleaning supplies;
* Support recruitment and selection processes for new employees;
* Develop and update management spreadsheets and reports;
* Provide general support for administrative and operational tasks.
**Requirements:**
* Residency in Descalvado or Ribeirão Preto;
* Completed high school education or technical course; ongoing undergraduate studies are a plus;
* Prior experience in administration or HR;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced Excel) and systems usage;
* Dynamic, proactive, and organized profile;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Experience with timekeeping control and labor-related routines;
* Ability to manage deadlines and multiple concurrent tasks;

**Work Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off**
