Powered by technology, we seamlessly connect people, vehicles, cargo, and roads—moving important things and bringing benefits to local communities across 11 markets in Asia and Latin America. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with external accounting firms to manage the company’s accounting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of deliverables. * Support monthly accounting closing routines, including reconciliations, accruals, account analyses, and addressing operational finance requests. * Possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and attention to detail to ensure the quality and reliability of financial information. * Be highly organized, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and multiple concurrent demands. * Partner closely with various internal departments and regional teams, maintaining clear communication, day-to-day collaboration, and a hands-on attitude. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields (completed or in progress) * Experience with accounting routines and monthly closing processes. * Proficiency in reconciliations, accruals, and accounting analyses. * Solid understanding of accounting principles. * Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented profile. * Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent demands. * Strong communication and cross-functional relationship skills. * Hands-on and collaborative mindset. * Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills. * Intermediate English proficiency is a plus.
