Highly collaborative environment with technical teams **Full Stack Developer \- Senior (React \+ C\#)** ------------------------------------------- Hybrid Work Model: 3 days per week at the office (Paraíso) **About the Project** We are looking for Senior Full Stack Developers focused on coding to join one of the most strategic projects in the financial sector. You will be part of an innovative and challenging model, working directly within a distributed environment across companies of a conglomerate. Development will be conducted in partnership with the client's team. This is a highly collaborative project requiring strong interaction with the client's technical teams, demanding maturity, autonomy, and excellent communication skills. **Responsibilities** * Develop and enhance features of a SuperAPP * Work with React on the frontend and C\# on the backend * Participate in technical discussions with the team * Ensure quality, performance, and security of deliverables **Technical Requirements** * Solid experience as a Full Stack Developer * Proficiency in React (frontend) * Experience with C\# / .NET (backend) * Experience with APIs, microservices, and integrations * Experience with Visual Studio Code **Behavioral Profile** * Strong communication and ease of interaction with stakeholders * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Ability to thrive in complex and collaborative environments * Adaptability to a distributed working model **Nice-to-Have** * Experience in financial sector projects * Experience in environments with high governance and security
