




Job Summary: The Dining Room Attendant serves and prepares meals while maintaining the organization and hygiene of the cafeteria and utensils to serve users. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for serving juices and meals, portioning them appropriately. 2. Responsible for cleaning and organizing tables, utensils, and the cafeteria. 3. Preparing snacks and quick meals according to the established menu. This institution offers a unique service profile in Brazil, distributed across 21 centers providing assistance to low-income populations in the areas of Health, Social Assistance, Scientific Research, Health Education, Education, and preservation and dissemination of the history of its founder, Saint Dulce of the Poor. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve juice and meals at the cafeteria ramp, portioning them into cups, dishes, and thermal food containers. * Clean and arrange tables and utensils, storing cutlery and orderly placing trays and cups in the cafeteria to enable their use. * Maintain clean utensils by receiving and collecting trays, dishes, and cutlery; washing, drying, and storing them in appropriate locations for subsequent use. * Prepare snacks such as juice, porridge, and other quick meals by washing, cutting, and weighing food items according to a pre-established menu, procuring ingredients to meet requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Dining Room Attendant training course; * Six months of experience in similar positions. **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Lunch provided in the cafeteria.
