In addition, our commitment includes feeding information back to other areas of the company and promoting constant improvement in our services and products. **Responsibilities and duties** Deliver and support the development of training programs for the team involved in the technical assistance process, including in-person training sessions, to ensure quality and accuracy in handling service requests. Participate in planning the field team's routine and monitor open customer service requests. Assist in assigning responsibilities based on reported issues in service calls and certify technical visits to ensure proper service execution. Monitor execution deadlines for open service requests according to SLA standards to guarantee customer satisfaction. Generate, develop, and present area indicators such as NPS, cost, response time, pathologies, number of service requests to support management decision-making. Perform payment processing through the Vitta Obras system, approving first-level contracts/purchase orders and validating measurements to ensure proper payment flow and timely supplier payments. Be accountable for costs, deadlines, and quality of executed services, seeking action plans and strategies to improve post-construction performance and mitigate future issues through feedback to construction teams. Assist in receiving Technical Areas from construction sites and transferring them to the building manager, supporting the handover of technical operations. Guide and support assistants and interns in their activities whenever requested.
