Responsibilities: . **Ensure service and customer service quality** · Verify and enforce correct completion of the Manufacturer's Control Tools; · Install protective covers (for seats, floor mats, steering wheel, and gear shift and handbrake levers) in front of the customer at all times; · Ensure proper application of brand methods and procedures (e.g., use of protective covers); · Guarantee functionality of the scheduling system; · Receive vehicles from the workshop and open service orders; Perform sales of maintenance services; **Requirements:** High school diploma; Microsoft Office proficiency; driver's license.
