Responsibilities: . **Ensure service and service delivery quality** · Verify and enforce correct completion of the Manufacturer's Control Tools; · Install protective covers (for seats, floor mats, steering wheel, gear shift lever, and handbrake) always in the customer's presence; · Monitor correct application of the Brand's methods and procedures (e.g., use of protective covers); · Ensure scheduling system functionality; · Receive vehicles from the workshop and issue service orders; Sell maintenance services; **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Microsoft Office proficiency; driver's license.
