A dynamic environment focused on innovation and data **Challenge:** We are seeking a Tech Lead in Digital Analytics to lead strategic digital measurement initiatives, ensuring implementation, maintenance, and evolution of solutions across multiple platforms. This person will play a central role in defining data architecture, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring adherence to information security and privacy best practices (LGPD). **Responsibilities:** * Lead technical projects for implementation and maintenance of digital measurement platforms (GA4, GTM, Firebase) * Define data architecture and data collection strategies, ensuring data quality, reliability, and consistency * Coordinate technical teams, promoting organization, knowledge sharing, and development best practices * Serve as a reference for agile methodologies, ensuring efficient and collaborative deliveries * Ensure compliance with information security and data privacy regulations (LGPD) * Support stakeholders in interpreting data and making insight-driven decisions * Manage critical scenarios and operate efficiently in highly complex situations **Requirements** * Proven experience with GA4, GTM, and Firebase * Track record of leadership in complex technical projects * Strong organizational and knowledge management skills * Analytical and systemic mindset for problem solving * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Knowledge of information security and LGPD * Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, or other Martech-relevant languages * Crisis management capability and experience operating in high-stakes environments **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of data architecture and modeling, with focus on scalable solutions * Experience with SQL and Databricks * Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices * Use of AI for automated insight generation and validation — e.g., anomaly detection, automated data narratives * Experience with semantic layer + LLMs to build conversational data interfaces (text-to-SQL, data agents) * AI-powered data QA automation (drift detection, schema validation, intelligent alerts) * Fundamentals of data engineering (pipelines and large-volume data processing) * Experience with cloud computing (GCP, AWS, Azure) * Familiarity with distributed systems (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop) * Experience building and integrating APIs * Certifications in Martech platforms (Google, Adobe, etc.) * Experience in multicultural environments or international projects * Fluency in English and Spanish **What You’ll Find Here:** * A dynamic environment focused on innovation and data * Technical autonomy and strategic decision-making ownership * Opportunities for professional growth and development **Additional Information:** Work Model: Hybrid, 2–3 days per week at the client’s office located on Berrini Avenue Employment: CLT + benefits or PJ contract Area: Technology / Data / Digital Analytics
