The professional will be responsible for ensuring efficiency in pavement processes, optimizing costs and timelines, and guaranteeing compliance with municipal legislation regarding quality requirements. With infrastructure prepared to support and encourage our teams, the Company reinforces its commitment to this transformation journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Address internal and external requests, manage pending task lists, analyze processes, and verify documentation to ensure compliance of executed sanitation services. * Conduct field inspections to guarantee compliance with requirements stipulated in the municipal pavement decree. * Provide service through various channels, handling requests requiring detailed analysis and subsequent actions, ensuring timely delivery and quality required by the regulatory authority. * Respond to customer complaints. * Develop training materials and participate in process inspections to ensure service quality and efficiency for customers. * Provide continuous support to internal and external customers, contributing to optimization of workflows and improvement of process experience within the area. * Monitor and develop strategies to meet performance and monitoring indicators related to maintenance and operations, sanitation, and pavement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education – Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Works * Experience in pavement work * National Driver’s License (CNH) **Additional Information** Benefits Offered: Medical Assistance Private Pension Plan Meal Voucher (VR) and Food Voucher (VA) Transportation Voucher Christmas Basket Birthday Day Off Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave Childcare Allowance for Mothers and Fathers Wellhub Agreement (Gympass) Profit-Sharing Program – PPR The new Sabesp is much more than a sanitation company.
