Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage risks, ensure legal compliance, lead teams, investigate incidents, conduct training, and monitor SSMA indicators in an industrial environment. Do you fit this profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage safety and environmental risks across factory operations. * Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to Regulatory Standards (NRs) and environmental legislation. * Team Leadership: Supervise safety technicians and manage processes involving contracted/third-party companies. * Incident Investigation: Lead accident and incident investigations, defining corrective and preventive actions. * Training and Culture: Promote training sessions (DDS), onboarding activities, and foster a safe behavior culture. * Audits: Support internal and external audits (SGSA/SGI) and manage action plans. * Indicators (KPIs): Monitor SSMA indicators, analyze performance, and propose continuous improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related fields); * Solid experience in managing large-scale industrial operations/factory environments; * Experience leading teams and operational teams. Leadership, effective communication, agile decision-making, and results orientation. * Advanced knowledge of production processes, quality, and continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.); * Willingness to work 100% on-site in Camaçari. **Additional Information** At BYD, we prioritize our employees’ well-being and continuously strive to enhance our benefits package.
