This team works on the conception, implementation, and maintenance of innovative systems for Loans and Financing, Pension, and Consortium, aiming to deliver efficient and secure solutions tailored to the diverse needs of our bank's customers and partners. Here, you will be a key player across the entire development lifecycle — from conception through delivery — with the freedom to shape technical solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design and build high-quality solutions using Spring Boot microservices. * Ensure application performance and security, always prioritizing user experience. * Implement robust tests and maintain up-to-date documentation to ensure service sustainability. * Provide technical leadership, supporting the team in applying best development practices in distributed environments and automating deployments. * Actively participate in incident resolution and troubleshooting to ensure operational stability. * Be part of a dynamic team driving the Consortium Engineering vertical. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience developing microservices with Spring Boot and Java. * Strong command of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns. * Practical knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka / SQS) for application decoupling. * Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and horizontal scalability. * Hands-on experience with continuous integration and deployment on AWS. * Familiarity with SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL databases. * Proficiency in observability and related tools (e.g., Grafana, Dynatrace) for proactive monitoring. * Experience with unit and/or integration testing. * Proficiency with Git for version control. * Experience working with Agile methodologies. * Knowledge of Gradle, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality (Sonar).
