Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Automobile and Life Claims systems, applying industry-leading software development best practices.

About the Area: This is an IT area focused on stewardship, quality assurance, system maintenance, projects, and technological evolution of the systems supporting the Automobile and Life Claims business.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Develop, enhance, and maintain Automobile Claims systems, applying market-leading software development best practices (testing, reuse, components, frameworks, development patterns, agile methodologies).
Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC);
Create and manage objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and reports.
Perform integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Apply software development best practices and conduct unit tests to ensure code quality.
Gather and analyze business requirements together with users to propose optimal solutions on the platform.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Required development technologies: Apex (Callouts, Triggers, Batches, and Test Classes), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
Desirable development technologies: OmniStudio/Vlocity (Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and OmniScripts), Business Rules Engine, and Action Plans.
CI/CD technologies: git and Jenkins.
Experience with Salesforce Clouds (desirable): Financial Services (Insurance), Experience, and Service.
General knowledge of the Salesforce platform: limits, licenses, permissioning, object modeling, and best practices for solution implementation (with consistent emphasis on minimal customization).
