Job Summary: The Data SRE ensures that Porto Bank's data infrastructure is resilient, self-governing, and scalable by applying software engineering practices to optimize the Lakehouse. Responsible for data reliability and cost optimization **What does the Data Platform area do at Porto Bank?** The Data Platform & Foundation Squad is the technological foundation enabling Porto Bank to become truly data-driven. As a Data SRE, your goal is not merely to keep the ecosystem running but to ensure that the data infrastructure is resilient, self-governing, and scalable through software engineering applied to infrastructure. You will be the guardian of our Lakehouse stability, ensuring Databricks and Azure operate at peak performance.
