Strategically monitor markets and operations to support management in *hedging* strategies and margin protection. **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure an integrated and consistent view of the company’s exposures, transforming operational, commercial, financial, and market data into risk analyses that support: * Strategic Intelligence: Convert operational data into clear insights on business exposures. * Results Protection: Support hedging decisions to protect margins and cash flow against volatility. * Governance and Risk: Define limits and guidelines to ensure operational safety and discipline. * Scenarios and Sensitivity: Project impacts and assess business sensitivity to volatility. * Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted partner to Trading and Finance, balancing risk and return. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in Risk, Trading, Planning, or Corporate Finance roles. * Experience in commodity markets, preferably oil, refined products, energy, or related markets. * Practical knowledge of hedging instruments, derivatives, and scenario and sensitivity analysis. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate English proficiency * Power BI, Python, SQL, VBA, or equivalent tools. * Familiarity with ETRM / CTRM / risk systems. * Knowledge of Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE, CME, broker platforms, and pricing agencies. **Additional Information** Check out some of our benefits: Meal and Food Allowance: BRL 2\.315,50 Flexible Card: BRL 570,00 Christmas Basket: BRL 1\.048,00 (once per year) PLR (Variable Compensation) Private Pension Plan Health and Dental Insurance Wellhub or TotalPass: choose what suits you best!
