Does this describe you? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Mission** Lead the strategy and execution of Recruitment and Selection processes, ensuring the attraction, assessment, and hiring of talent aligned with organizational culture and business needs, thereby contributing to the company’s sustainable growth. **Main Activities** 1\. Define talent attraction strategies aligned with business needs. 2\. Identify hiring requirements with business units and plan selection processes. 3\. Supervise all stages of recruitment—from job posting to onboarding. 4\. Ensure application of effective candidate assessment methodologies. 5\. Act as a strategic partner to business units, ensuring profile alignment and a positive candidate experience. 6\. Monitor recruitment KPIs and propose process improvements. 7\. Lead and develop the R\&S team, ensuring performance and adherence to best practices. 8\. Strengthen employer branding, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** 1\. Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources Management, or related fields. 2\. Advanced English proficiency (required for direct reporting to China). 3\. Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing sector. 4\. Experience with ATS tools and candidate assessment methodologies. 5\. Willingness to work onsite in Camaçari/BA. 6\.
