We seek a highly versatile professional; Who masters the entire Quality process; Manages inspection activities, ensuring raw materials and finished products meet technical standards, regulations (ISO), and customer requirements. Monitors the Quality Management System (QMS), leads inspection teams, implements corrective/preventive actions, and improves processes to reduce waste. * Coordinates quality inspectors, analysts, and assistants, defining goals and work routines. * Maintains the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Monitors quality from raw material receipt through to the finished product, applying statistical techniques. * Investigates root causes of non-conformities (defective products) and implements solutions to prevent recurrence. * Conducts and follows up on internal audits and trains employees on standard operating procedures. * Prepares performance reports and develops methods to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * What We Expect from This Professional **Customer Focus:** Meeting and exceeding customer expectations is the primary goal. **Continuous Improvement:** A constant pursuit of enhancing processes, products, and services. **People Engagement:** Involving employees at all levels to achieve quality objectives. **Process/System-Based Approach:** Managing activities as interconnected processes for consistent results. **Quality Control:** Ensuring standards are met. **Quality Assurance:** Ensuring process compliance. **Fact/Evidence-Based Decision Making:** Using data to make decisions. **Relationship Management:** Managing relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
