Key Highlights: 1. Monitor the implementation of quality system programs and procedures. 2. Monitor CCPs and PRPs defined in HACCP and GMP programs. 3. Identify and report non-conformities and opportunities for improvement. If you resonate with our values, have a strong desire to learn, and wish to experience meaningful connections, join our team of POLEVALENTS! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the execution of activities related to the programs and procedures comprising the quality system, aiming to enhance process efficiency and assurance in production and product inspections, as well as contribute to reducing non-conformities—through commitment to food safety, compliance with legal requirements, and product quality. * Monitor CCPs and PRPs defined in HACCP and GMP programs; * Perform verification of control and monitoring items according to defined frequencies; * Identify and report non-conformities found in the production process; * Monitor and identify improvement opportunities in CIP; * Guide production departments on deviations identified in the production process, as well as on GMP regulations; * Collect products for external laboratory analysis. * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Education **Additional Information** Work Schedule: Shift-based Pole is a company founded by people from Ceará, for people from Ceará, committed to offering products that capture the flavor of our land, the freshness of local production, and the variety and quality highly valued by our consumers.
