Select RH is an HR-specialized company offering recruitment and selection services. With a personalized approach, it aims to connect talents with the right opportunities in the job market. **Responsibilities:** Perform quality control and assurance for the company's products, services, and processes. Prepare technical reports, inspection records, and DataBooks. Support and attend internal and external audits. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with standards and specifications. Track and analyze quality indicators (KPIs). Manage non-conformances (NCRs), including initiation, investigation, corrective action planning, and closure. Apply quality tools such as the PDCA cycle, Ishikawa diagram, and 5S methodology. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Review technical data sheets to ensure products meet required standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives in processes. Organize documentation and records of the quality management system. Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to internal procedures and standards. Previous experience as a Quality Technician, Quality Assistant, Quality Coordinator, or Quality Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
