This role plays a fundamental part in ensuring product reliability, with gradual growth in technical autonomy and increasing interaction with support and development teams. **Responsibilities** * Perform structured quality analyses and software testing; * Plan tests and design complex validation scenarios; * Execute tests across different layers (API, UI, integration); * Reproduce bugs and validate issues reported by resellers and support; * Support test automation efforts; * Ensure consistency, reliability, and scalability of tests; * Collaborate with support and development teams to resolve issues; * Manage defects and document evidence; * Contribute to continuous improvements in the QA process. **Requirements:** --------------- We seek analytical professionals with investigative curiosity and a deep interest in understanding how systems work.
