




Job Summary: A professional responsible for purchasing fixed assets, prospecting and negotiating with suppliers, managing quotation processes, and ensuring compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Performance indicator analysis and pursuit of continuous improvement Responsibilities: Purchase fixed assets (machines, equipment, products, etc.) according to company needs. Prospect, qualify, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal conditions regarding price, delivery time, quality, and warranty. Conduct quotation processes, comparative analysis of proposals, and issuance of purchase orders. Ensure adherence to internal policies, legal regulations, and compliance procedures for fixed asset acquisitions. Monitor delivery, installation, and documentation of acquired assets. Collaborate closely with Asset Management, Finance, Legal, and internal users. Maintain up-to-date records of contracts, invoices, warranties, and acquired assets. Analyze performance indicators and identify opportunities for cost reduction and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields. Knowledge of negotiation, contract analysis, and supplier management. Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical capability.
