Job Summary: Responsible for strategic management of the supply chain and laboratory infrastructure, coordinating procurement, qualifying suppliers, and supervising facility services. Experience in technical procurement in healthcare and facility management **Main Activities and Responsibilities** * Responsible for strategic supply chain management and maintenance of the laboratory's physical infrastructure. The incumbent coordinates the full procurement cycle for technical and administrative supplies, performs supplier qualification, and maintains strict inventory control to ensure timely supply of sensitive materials and compliance with current sanitary regulations. Additionally, supervises facility services including building maintenance, hospital-grade cleaning, security, and biological waste management. The professional leads operational teams, monitors performance indicators (KPIs) and costs, ensuring all facilities and equipment comply with biosafety standards and quality protocols required for laboratory operations and external client visits. **Key Duties and Responsibilities:** * **Supply Management:** Technical coordination of reagent, disposable, and administrative material procurement, focusing on strategic negotiation and cost reduction. * **Supplier Qualification:** Rigorous evaluation of commercial partners to ensure compliance with quality criteria and legal requirements specific to the healthcare sector. * **Inventory Control:** Monitoring of critical stock levels, expiration dates of supplies, and appropriate storage of thermolabile and sensitive materials. * **Facility Supervision:** Direct management of infrastructure services such as electrical/plumbing maintenance, technical hospital cleaning, and security. * **Waste Management:** Oversight of biological and chemical waste disposal processes, ensuring compliance with environmental legislation. * **Leadership and Performance:** Management of support teams, tracking of preventive maintenance schedules, and analysis of operational indicators. * **Compliance and Biosafety:** Ensuring that physical environments and equipment operate under safety protocols and ANVISA/ISO standards. **Profile Requirements:** * Solid experience in technical procurement within the healthcare or laboratory sector. * Knowledge of maintenance contract and facility management. * Proficiency in biosafety standards and sanitary regulations. * Skills in team leadership and indicator management. * Driver's License Category B **Benefits** * Meal Allowance: BRL 25.00 per workday * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance * Unimed Health Plan * SESC Partnership Compensation: BRL 2.500,00 \- BRL 3.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
