**Production Director**

### **Objective**
Ensure excellence across all agency production—from printed materials to digital toolkits, from point-of-sale (POS) materials to campaign films—guaranteeing technical specifications, budgets, schedules, and SLAs. Lead integration between internal departments and external partners, structuring and managing a team with complementary expertise to meet diverse demands, including:
* Production planning
* Institutional, commercial, and promotional printed materials
* Packaging and labels
* Editorial materials
* Point-of-sale (POS) materials
* Digital materials
* RTV production
* Rights and permissions management
* Post-production oversight
### **Specific Responsibilities**
**Process and ritual governance**
Define, standardize, and ensure adherence to methods, SLAs, and checkpoints, guaranteeing smooth workflow across disciplines (visual, verbal, experience, and strategy) from the strategic phase through execution.
**Budget and billing management**
Structure a multidisciplinary team responsible for end-to-end management of agency productions and accurately report financial results.
**Production supervision and delivery assurance**
Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and SLAs; anticipate risks; resolve dependencies; adjust capacity and prioritize requests with leadership, ensuring predictability and consistency.
**Quality and craft**
Establish technical and strategic review criteria; approve materials, mockups, and prototypes; elevate finishing quality and excellence of deliverables, ensuring an exceptional standard.
**Vendor management**
Map, qualify, negotiate with, and manage partners (printers, illustrators, photographers, retouchers, editors, A/V production houses, etc.), ensuring contracts, SLAs, compliance, and quality.
**On/off and BTL execution**
Supervise logistics and deployment of POS materials, printed assets, activations, and events—ensuring alignment with Branding guidelines and the customer journey across physical and digital environments.
**Tools and data**
Implement AI solutions for repetitive tasks and quality control; lead the evolution and adoption of the Toolkit, defining backlog, roadmap, and metrics.
**Leadership and team development**
Lead final art and RTV; structure, develop, and oversee the production team (producers, traffic, studio, and art buyers) with clearly defined roles, routines, career paths, and a culture of continuous improvement.
**Interfaces and collaboration**
Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Client Leads, and Operations to ensure alignment with Branding guidelines and each client’s business requirements.
**Strategy-to-execution conversion and client satisfaction**
Ensure high project-to-implementation conversion rates, minimizing rework, meeting deadlines and budgets, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
**Compliance and sustainability**
Uphold copyright, licensing, LGPD, and sustainability criteria across vendors, materials, and processes.
**Management metrics**
Monitor and report KPIs such as on-time/on-budget rate, rework index, conversion rate, Toolkit and AI adoption rates, cost per deliverable, and vendor performance.
