Here, we value and encourage individuality in every person, within a healthy and collaborative work environment. **All our job openings are inclusive and open to professionals with disabilities (PCDs).** Why not join us? **Come be Orguel!** **Responsibilities and duties** **As a Painter, your responsibilities will include:** * Painting metal structures such as shoring systems, scaffolding, towers, and metal accessories; * Preparing surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, brushing, and rust removal); * Applying primer, industrial paint, and finishing coats according to technical specifications; * Using painting tools and equipment (spray gun, roller, brush, compressor); * Ensuring painting quality, uniformity, and finish; * Strictly complying with safety regulations and using mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE); * Maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness; * Reporting any non-conformities or rework needs to your immediate supervisor.
