You will not be merely an observer—you will actively participate in the production workflow, ensuring each pharmaceutical solution reaches its destination with excellence and safety. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Productive Excellence:** Support the compounding of various pharmaceutical dosage forms, learning the specifics of each formulation. * **Rigorous Quality Control:** Perform packaging and labeling tasks, ensuring the integrity of the final product. * **Pharmaceutical Compliance:** Assist in documentation control and Quality Assurance processes, gaining hands-on experience with Good Compounding Practices (GCP). * **Results-Oriented Focus:** Participate in alignment and strategy meetings, contributing to achieving unit goals under direct pharmacist supervision. **What We Are Looking For:** * Currently enrolled in a Pharmacy Technician program (with availability for an internship of at least 6 months to 1 year). * Proactive profile, highly detail-oriented, and eager to "roll up your sleeves". * Alignment with Farmácia O Artífice’s mission of care and innovation. **What We Offer:** * Direct mentorship from experienced pharmacists. * A dynamic and technology-driven learning environment. * Internship stipend + Transportation allowance + Meal voucher + Life insurance + Total Pass.
