Nilko is a company specialized in construction materials distribution, offering a broad range of products to meet the needs of construction projects and renovations. **Responsibilities:** Develop mechanical product designs compliant with customer requirements. Develop designs suitable for the manufacturing plant's available technology, pursuing higher productivity, repeatability, and assurance of product requirements through production processes and their resources. Develop designs optimized for factory technology to achieve the best cost-benefit ratio for the company and its customers. Prepare designs compliant with organizational quality standards, always striving for the lowest possible manufacturing cost. Meet customer demands within departmental deadlines and targets. Research and develop new product and process solutions according to customer needs. Support the commercial department in identifying new demands, defining requirements, and presenting pre-designs for customer approval. Generate product specifications for quotation preparation and develop product and installation manuals. Support the development of jigs, fixtures, and manufacturing tools, actively ensuring quality assurance through process control and inspection planning for manufactured components. Collaborate with Process Engineering and Quotation Engineering teams by providing necessary information for their activities and participating in project development aimed at improving productivity and reducing costs. Participate in quality team failure analyses and support implementation and management of applicable engineering action plans. Previous experience as a Mechanical Designer, Project Engineer, Mechanical Design Technician, or Product Development Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
