Job Summary: Junior Marketing Analyst to support the marketing team in delivering requests, ensuring organization, adherence to deadlines, and delivery quality. Key Highlights: 1. Support the execution of promotional marketing activities and event organization. 2. Conduct quotation and negotiation with marketing suppliers. 3. Ensure consistency in communication and execution. Therefore, we seek a Junior Marketing Analyst to support the team in delivering requests, ensuring organization, adherence to deadlines, and delivery quality. * Conduct quotation and negotiation with printing companies, promotional item suppliers, promotional material vendors, and event partners; * Support the execution of promotional marketing activities and the organization of institutional and commercial events; * Prepare briefings for the development of advertising materials, aligning requirements with designers, suppliers, and other involved departments; * Monitor deadlines, schedules, and departmental agendas to ensure smooth deliveries; * Support administrative processes within the department, including tax record entries and organization of marketing department documents; * Oversee material production to ensure quality, standardization, and attention to detail. * Ensure consistency in communication and execution
