Promotion to Maintenance Technician subject to performance evaluation **JOB – Maintenance Technical Assistant – Filtration Systems** Location: Campinas – SP Company: Via Filtros Employment Type: CLT – On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **ABOUT THE JOB** We are looking for a **Maintenance Technical Assistant** with knowledge in hydraulics and electricity to work both internally at the company and externally at client sites, supporting assembly, maintenance, and technical assistance for water filtration systems and dosing equipment. This position serves as an entry point for technical development in the field, with real potential for advancement based on performance and practical growth. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Internal Activities (at the company)** * Assembly of water filtration equipment * Maintenance and repair of chlorine dosers * Functional testing of assembled equipment * Organization of workbenches and technical tools * Sorting materials for Work Orders * Supporting verification and organization of filtration media * Assisting with internally performed technical maintenance **External Activities (at client sites)** * Supporting installation of filtration systems * Supporting preventive and corrective maintenance * Cleaning and replacement of filtration elements * Completion of technical documentation * Collection of authorization signatures and service completion confirmations * Site organization and cleanup after service completion **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education * Valid driver’s license category B * Knowledge in hydraulics * Knowledge in electricity * Availability for external assignments * Willingness to perform fieldwork and operational tasks * Organized and responsible handling of tools and equipment **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with water filtration systems * Experience with pumps or dosers * Prior experience as a technical assistant or in maintenance **COMPENSATION AND CAREER GROWTH PLAN** **Initial Position:** Maintenance Technical Assistant Salary: **R$ 2\.300,00** After an average period of **5 months**, subject to performance evaluation, technical progress, and autonomy in tasks: ➡ Promotion to: **Maintenance Technician** ➡ Salary: **R$ 2\.600,00** **BENEFITS** * Meal allowance: R$ 500.00 * Transportation allowance: R$ 260.00 **OPPORTUNITY** The company offers a technical development plan, with professional advancement opportunities based on: * Acquired technical knowledge * Quality of task execution * Organization and responsibility * Professional conduct in the field and with clients Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.300,00 \- R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a valid driver’s license category "B"? * Do you reside in Campinas?
