Supporting maintenance professionals in various tasks Requirements: \- Elementary education; \- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil, painting, mechanical, and carpentry work. Experience in hospital maintenance is desirable. Responsibilities: Performing low-complexity services related to civil works, carpentry, mechanical systems, plumbing, and general services; Demolition and repair of walls and floors, and minor corrective painting tasks; Repairing furniture, doors, door frames, and their accessories; replacing light bulbs; Unclogging services; Transporting documents, materials, and equipment; Performing technical cleaning, repairing blinds, mounting frames, panels, etc.; In addition to the above tasks, assisting other maintenance professionals in carrying out various duties.
