




We are looking for a **Junior Unit Manager** to oversee the dinner shift operations, ensuring meal quality, team organization, and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Supervision of the dinner shift; * Monitoring of meal pre\-preparation and preparation; * Guidance of the operational team; * Delegation of tasks according to shift requirements; * Ensuring service quality and customer service standards; * Monitoring customer satisfaction; * Controlling the unit’s operational costs. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in related fields (Culinary Arts, Nutrition, Business Administration, or similar); * Leadership experience is a plus; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility. **Work Schedule:** * **2:40 PM to 12:15 AM** **Compensation:** * Salary: **R$ 4\.300,00** * Night Shift Allowance **Benefits:** * On\-site meals; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Chartered transportation.
