Join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Operate laboratory equipment used in fermentative process development (bioreactors) and perform physicochemical and microbiological analyses of the process. * Prepare materials and equipment used in the fermentative process. * Prepare culture media used in fermentation. * Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the laboratory and departmental equipment. * Wash, assemble, and sterilize benchtop fermenters. * Transcribe generated results into electronic and physical documents. * Implement Amyris internal Quality and Safety programs aimed at ensuring process integrity. * Apply internal and external training. * Submit purchase requisitions in the SAP system. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in: Chemistry, Food Science, or Biochemistry. * Knowledge of laboratory techniques and physicochemical and microbiological analyses. * Basic calculations. * Active registration with CRBio, CRQ, or CREA. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
