Internal event planning and communication A company specialized in renting metal equipment for civil construction, recognized for its agility, safety, and comprehensive solutions for construction projects of all sizes. **Position Objective:** **Maintain routine HR and Payroll Department activities, ensure timely compliance with deadlines and statutory obligations, and submit required reports to the accounting department.** * Manage employee benefits, * Verify electronic timekeeping records (Secullum system), * Record payroll-related events and submit them to external accounting, * Issue pay slips and provide support to employees regarding payroll inquiries, * Manage vacation and leave schedules, * Conduct recruitment and selection, participating in the entire process from candidate sourcing to onboarding, * Handle other departmental responsibilities (terminations, vacations, 13th salary, day off, hiring, training, feedback, PDI), * Plan and execute internal events, implement internal marketing initiatives and internal communication activities, * Administer and oversee occupational health and safety programs, * Manage temporary employment contracts and RPA agreements, * Support leadership. Education: Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields We use the Sólides platform for RS and benefit cards.
