Job Summary: Operates electric reach and counterbalanced forklifts to move materials while ensuring cargo integrity, in compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Support in inventory counts and warehouse organization **Key Responsibilities** * Operate electric reach and counterbalanced forklifts * Perform pallet storage and retrieval in elevated racking systems * Move materials between receiving, production, and shipping areas * Accurately execute product location assignment (WMS/ERP) * Replenish production lines as needed * Ensure cargo integrity during material handling * Comply with safety regulations (NR\-11 and internal procedures) * Conduct daily equipment checklist * Support inventory counts and warehouse organization * Assist in vehicle loading and unloading **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Valid Forklift Operator Training Certificate * Proven experience operating electric reach and counterbalanced forklifts * Experience with high-bay storage (pallet racking) **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to and focus on safety * Discipline and accountability * Strong spatial awareness * Teamwork * Commitment to results Employment Type: Full-time/CLT Compensation: Starting at R$2\.655,90 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a driver's license?
