View other available positions at this property and region (Brazil): https://bit.ly/Minor\-VagasTivoliBrazil **Job Description** * Supervise and guide the housekeeping team in floor-related tasks (guest rooms), according to hotel standards; * Inspect guest rooms for system release; * Record service orders for necessary maintenance in guest rooms; * Monitor completion of service orders submitted to the Maintenance Department; * Generate daily reports; * Lead the housekeeping team under your responsibility; * Train the team on company standards and procedures; * Participate in external audits regarding apartment-area services; * Implement and monitor corrective actions for any non-conformities identified during audits; * Inform the Housekeeping Manager of operational material requirements (cleaning, hygiene, and linens); * Conduct material inventories in accordance with company procedures; * Focus on exceeding guest expectations by delivering excellent service. **Qualifications** * High school diploma required; intermediate English proficiency; * Prior experience in housekeeping preferred, especially in luxury hospitality; * Relevant coursework in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Housekeeping, or Customer Service is desirable; * Fluency in additional languages is a plus. **Additional Information** * Employment type: Permanent (CLT); * Working hours: 1:00 PM to 9:20 PM, with availability to work under the operational schedule typical of the hospitality industry—rotating shift pattern of six days on, one day off—including early shifts starting at 7:20 AM, weekends, and holidays; * Permanent hiring to join the hotel’s core staff.
