Job Summary: The professional will manage bank statements, verify payments, save and send payment receipts, assist in the organization's financial activities, and interact with suppliers to resolve pending issues. Potential for development in Administration or Accounting. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Generate bank statements and verify payments from the previous day; * Save and send payment receipts to suppliers and the Procurement Center; verify supply invoices; * Verify, record, and monitor service provider invoices; * Monitor reports of unverified invoices; * Digitize all documentation / archive by payment and accounting period; * Assist with payments; contact suppliers to resolve pending issues related to payment documentation or other outstanding matters. * Organize documentation; * Perform other related tasks as needed or at the discretion of the supervisor. ****** **Requirements and Qualifications** Required: * Completed high school education * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Relevant work experience Desirable: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Accounting (in progress or completed) * Experience in the healthcare/hospital sector Workplace: ***Hospital Estadual Costa das Baleias*** **Additional Information** The Instituto Fernando Filgueiras (IFF) is a Social Organization headquartered in Bahia, composed of professionals with extensive experience in Public Health Management, aiming to achieve excellence in Health Services delivery, supported by Humanized Care, Teaching and Research Development, and Quality Management.
