Evaluates results and investigations of physical and/or chemical analyses of low complexity and process non-conformities. The minimum training requirements applicable to specific activities are defined in each employee's curriculum, managed through the applicable LMS (Learning Management System). **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Under limited supervision and general direction, all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Johnson \& Johnson corporate procedures and guidelines, this position: * Responsible for conducting technical quality assurance inspections and using results to improve production processes and standards. * Performs routine tests and analyses to ensure products meet established specifications. * Performs simple calculations and prepares documentation showing test results. * Completes recording of inspection results, acceptance, rejection, and disposition entries into logbooks or computer databases. * Sends testing equipment for scheduled calibration and maintenance. * Assists with specialized product/customer quality testing. * Assists in implementing revisions, corrections, and changes to equipment, procedures, and test methods. * Records defective products returned by customers to determine root causes of failure. **EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION** * High School Diploma * Completed Technical Education **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES AND** **REQUIRED AFFILIATIONS** * Bachelor's degree preferred * Basic English language skills preferred * Knowledge of basic quality tools preferred * Skills in setting priorities, follow-up, and control * Computer literacy * Verbal and written communication skills * Ability to track results and metrics * Teamwork skills
