SP, SP Mid-level Project Description: The Protected Agreement is an innovative initiative that offers customers an extra layer of security during the debt renegotiation process. The system allows that, in case of inability to pay the agreement, the user can activate a protection that ensures partial or full settlement via an insurance provider — a logic similar to extended warranties. The project involves integration among multiple squads (such as LNO, Checkout, Marketplace and Pague Veloz), requiring good communication, systemic vision, and adaptability to changes in scope and priorities. Responsibilities: ✔ Develop and evolve Flutter applications, ensuring high performance and quality; ✔ Implement complex flows with state management (BLoC, Cubit) and reactivity; ✔ Work with modular and scalable architecture, contributing to the application's technical design; ✔ Write and maintain unit, integration, and widget tests; ✔ Implement deep links and internal links for efficient navigation; ✔ Take ownership throughout the development lifecycle, from planning to final delivery; ✔ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (backend, design, product, and QA) in an agile environment. Essential Requirements: ✔ Solid experience with Flutter (minimum of 3 years); ✔ Mastery of state management and reactivity (BLoC, Cubit); ✔ Strong architectural and design vision for complex applications; ✔ Knowledge of unit and integration testing (unit, integration, widget tests); ✔ Experience with navigation via internal links and deep links; ✔ Experience delivering projects from inception to final release, with ownership mindset and focus on delivery quality. Desirable Requirements: ➕ Experience integrating multiple systems and APIs; ➕ Knowledge of CI/CD for Flutter; ➕ Familiarity with app publishing and versioning on Play Store and App Store; ➕ Prior experience in insurance, fintech, or payment processing projects.
