We are seeking a professional with strong negotiation skills, organizational ability, strategic supply vision, and experience in the garment manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate combines operational discipline, analytical capability, owner mentality, hands-on attitude, and the ability to structure processes, reduce costs, improve quality, and ensure efficient operational supply. More than managing procurement, we seek a professional who actively participates in the factory’s restructuring process, contributing to flow organization, implementation of new processes, operational standardization, and a culture of continuous improvement. Initially, this position will focus entirely on managing the factory’s raw materials and inputs. In a second phase, it will also assume responsibility for centralizing the company’s corporate procurement, including retail and consumables. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Industrial Purchases \| Factory * Full management of the factory’s raw material procurement * Procurement of fabrics, knits, trims, and other production inputs * Supplier negotiations aimed at optimizing cost, quality, delivery timelines, and commercial terms * Ensuring uninterrupted production supply * Development, qualification, and management of strategic suppliers * Restructuring and Continuous Improvement * Active participation in the factory’s operational restructuring process * Implementation of new processes and control routines * Standardization of workflows and improvement of operational organization * Identification of opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and waste reduction * Collaboration with industrial departments to strengthen the culture of continuous improvement * Inventory and Warehouse Management * Responsibility for fabric inventory management * Warehouse management and control of production inputs * Control of receipts, issuances, inventories, and inventory accuracy * Implementation of controls and processes to improve organization and efficiency * Reduction of losses, waste, and excess inventory * Material Research and Development * Ongoing research of new suppliers, raw materials, and productive alternatives * Sourcing substitute materials offering better cost-benefit ratios * Identification of opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and cost * Technical support in standardizing and evolving used inputs * Expansion to Corporate Procurement * In a second phase, this position will also assume: * Retail operational procurement * Consumables * Equipment, supplies, and administrative requirements * Structuring of the company’s centralized corporate procurement function * Management and Processes * Implementation and standardization of procurement department processes * Creation of performance indicators, savings metrics, inventory turnover, and service level * Constant interface with production, production planning and control (PCP), design, finance, and operations * Continuous pursuit of operational efficiency and control **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience in procurement, supply, or supply chain * Experience in the garment manufacturing / fashion industry * Knowledge of fabrics, knits, trims, and production inputs * Experience in inventory and warehouse management * Strong negotiation and supplier development capabilities * Experience in process organization and implementation of controls * Analytical, organized, disciplined, hands-on, and results-oriented profile * Ability to operate effectively in a transformational and highly demanding environment **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in premium / luxury fashion * Experience in industrial restructuring projects * Experience in centralized corporate procurement Compensation: R$8\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
