The **Construction Supervisor** at BTB operates strategically to ensure that developments are executed in accordance with the approved budget, within the established timeline, and meeting the quality requirements set by both the company and the client. Responsibilities include integration of planning, financial control, personnel management, procurement, contracts, and occupational safety, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and risk minimization. * Critical analysis of projects, planning, and budgeting prior to commencement of construction. * Monitoring and adjustment of the schedule and physical\-financial planning. * Monitoring and control of budget (direct and indirect costs). * Analysis of cost variations and support for financial decision-making. * Management of materials, procurement, and waste reduction. * Negotiation and monitoring of suppliers. * Control of costs and productivity of in-house labor. * Supervision of outsourced services (costs, deadlines, and quality). * Monitoring of the construction site's cash flow. * Optimization of production processes and prevention of rework. * Quality management and correction of non-conformities. * Review of contracts and addenda. * Promotion of technology and innovation in construction processes. * Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations.
