




Job Summary: Grider is seeking professionals with experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical Installation of industrial equipment for on-site supervision and management of construction projects. If you are a professional with experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical Installation of industrial equipment and enjoy working on-site, join our team! **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage construction projects under your responsibility; * Ensure quality and excellence of on-site execution and processes; * Manage project risks and develop action plans; * Interface with the Project Manager for schedule management; * Act as the liaison between Grider, contractors, and the client; * Serve as the on-site focal point, addressing questions from contractors and the client, identifying and resolving on-site issues; * Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives for on-site processes and excellence; **Requirements:** * Experience in supervision and management of industrial construction projects (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical); * Brazilian driver’s license, Category B; * Availability for travel with return home every 3 months; Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$6,000.00 – R$12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Company vehicle Experience: * Construction execution (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical) (Mandatory) Travel Availability: * 100% (Preferred)
