




Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented pastry chef to work in the pastry station at Hotel da Bahia, mastering medium-to-advanced pastry techniques while maintaining strict quality and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate must master medium\-to\-advanced pastry techniques and be capable of maintaining the quality and hygiene standards required in a high-end operation. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform opening, operational flow, and closing procedures for the pastry station. * Report to the pastry chef. * Read, interpret, and execute work orders. * Carry out production tasks assigned to the department according to technical specification standards. * Maintain organization, hygiene, and cleanliness of the department in compliance with sanitary legislation and nutrition department procedures. * Participate in routine departmental training sessions. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed High School. * **Experience:** As a Pastry Chef or Baker. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in basic pastry techniques. Technical courses in pastry or gastronomy are desirable.
