Job Summary: We are seeking a Buyer to manage the Women's category, responsible for planning, negotiation, and development of the product portfolio, contributing to growth and competitiveness. We are looking for a **Buyer** to manage the Women's category, responsible for planning, negotiation, and development of the product portfolio, contributing to Kallan’s growth and competitiveness in the market. Check below for more details about this opportunity: **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage the Women's category product portfolio, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with the company’s strategy. Plan and execute the purchasing process for collections, including planning, supplier negotiations, order tracking, and goods receipt. Lead **OTB (Open to Buy)** and assortment planning and management. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, based on ethics, transparency, and joint business plan development. Build and monitor the **promotional calendar**, in partnership with departments such as Marketing, Commercial, and E\-commerce. Ensure execution of product strategies aligned with the company’s strategic planning. Manage the order and receipt portfolio, ensuring delivery timelines and minimizing stockouts. Conduct **supplier prospecting, evaluation, and management**. Collaborate with leadership across various sales channels to ensure effective commercial strategies. Negotiate promotional activities with suppliers for activations in **POS, social media, and e\-commerce**, driving brand sales. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in **Business Administration, Fashion, Marketing, or related fields**. Previous experience in procurement. Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)**.
