Comprehensive workshop management, inventory control, and vehicle workflow **Main Requirements and Competencies:** **Technical Experience:** Proven prior experience in this role, preferably in dealerships or automotive centers. **Team Management:** Demonstrated ability to lead technicians, supervisors, and assistants, including task delegation and team guidance. **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in mechanics, electrical systems, electronics, and repair auditing. **Workshop Management:** Familiarity with workshop management software, spare parts inventory control, budgeting, and workplace organization. **Behavioral Skills:** Leadership, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication, customer focus, and organizational skills. **Typical Job Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and guide the technical staff to ensure repair quality. * Create and monitor service orders (S.O.) and diagnose vehicles. * Manage vehicle workflow in the workshop and control spare parts and tool inventory. * Ensure adherence to deadlines and safety procedures.
